All items posted in Californila.com are sourced from suppliers based in the USA.

Cancellation Policy

Items that are not in stock. We will contact the customer and inform them about the availability of the item and confirm if they are willing to wait and add the deposited amount to their store credit or if they prefer to look for different item. If not, company will issue 100% refund to their account.

Return Policy

Reason

  • Damage due to transit
  • Wrong or incomplete item
  • Fake or Not Genuine (if purchased through our website). Orders placed by the customer are non-returnable.

Timeline

  • 3 calendar days from the time of the receipt of the item

Procedure

  • Send us an email (sales@californila.com) within 3 days of receipt stating the reason for rejection.
  • Send us an email (sales@californila.com) within 3 days of receipt stating the reason for wrong or incomplete item.
  • Send us an email (sales@californila.com) within 3 days of receipt stating the reason why you think it’s Fake or not genuine.

Note: Eligible item for return must be packed in its ORIGINAL AND UNDAMAGED PACKAGING, together with Invoice and Certificates. Loss or damage incurred during return shipment shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
